The New Liberty Belle resides on Lake Water Valley and may very well be the only riverboat of its kind in the State of Colorado.  It is named after the original name of Windsor (New Liberty) and is used for seasonal private functions and promotional tours for up to thirty persons.  Austin's Homestead Restaurant can be contacted about reservations and use at 970-686-5828.  The riverboat is owned and operated by Water Valley.
